Each day will include Green Tara teachings and practice led by Lama Jinpa and audio Buddhist teachings by Traleg Kyabgon Rinpoche IX, followed by discussion and meditation led by Lama Jinpa and Julie Brefczyenski-Lewis. There will also be spare time each day to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

About The Event


Within the picturesque environment at Saranam Retreat Center in Northcentral West Virginia, each day of retreat will include Green Tara teachings and practice led by Lama Jinpa and audio Buddhist teachings by Traleg Kyabgon Rinpoche IX, followed by a discussion and meditation sessions led by Lama Jinpa and Julie Brefczyenski-Lewis. There will also be spare time in the schedule each day to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

 The Children’s sessions

In tandem with the adult’s sessions the children’s sessions, led by Barbara Weaner, will include activities such as arts, crafts, meditation and singing. Adults wishing to attend without children are most welcomed.


Accomodation

Dormitory and limited family room and single room accommodation are available at Saranam for those wishing to stay onsite. Attendees living close by may prefer to sleep at home, but are encouraged to attend all the sessions each day.
