Teachings by Traleg Kyabgon Rinpoche IX’s will be central to the retreat: In the audio teachings, Rinpoche discusses the fundamental causes of samsara and how positive desire can propel us forward on the spiritual path; also, Rinpoche’s teachings discuss aspects of Abhidharma, the Psychology of Meditation. 

Retreat Leaders:   Lama Jinpa is a western Lama, having completed the traditional 3 year meditation retreat with Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche at Karma Ling Retreat Centre in Delhi NY. Lama and senior E-Vam students will lead Pujas and meditation sessions.

The retreat will include a daily schedule of:   • Audio Teachings by Traleg Kyabgon Rinpoche IX   • Guided meditation sessions   • Morning and evening Pujas – religious chanting and instruction  

  

There will also be spare time each day to relax and enjoy the surroundings  Saranam Buddhist Centre provides an especially tranquil meditation environment in a picturesque natural setting. Comfortable shared room accommodation and vegetarian meals are provided. Alternative accommodation can be organized close by if shared accommodation isn’t suitable for you. Daytime attendance is also available for those who do not need accommodation.
